Stringer Family Cemetery
Lumpkin County, Georgia
From Dahlonega City Square, go south on South Chestatee Street. At the junction with Hwy 400 turn left onto Long Branch Road. Continue on Long Branch Road to Junction of Hwy 52, cemetery is on hill to left.
This is poorly maintained cemetery, overgrown with briars and vines. Only one inscribed stone, several graves marked with uninscribed stones, and several unmarked graves. Not sure the modern stone for William Stringer is where it belongs.
